King Construction Group was founded by Phillip Koenig, whose experience spans law enforcement, homebuilding, and high-end renovations. Phillip Koenig, a former Dallas Deputy Sheriff and SWAT team member, brings a decade of discipline, precision, and project management expertise honed in high-pressure environments. After retiring from law enforcement, Phillip joined the 5th largest builder, Taylor Morrison, where he successfully built over 90 custom homes exceeding 5,000 square feet before launching his own company.

With his unique skill set and passion for turning dreams into reality, Phillip is dedicated to building custom homes from the ground up or revitalizing existing properties.
